Shawn Green
Co-Founder
After years of honing his craft in the construction and renovation of homes, Shawn Green took his expertise to the next level by joining a national home inspection franchise. His goal was to use his knowledge to help potential home buyers and sellers better understand any potential issues and deficiencies a house may have. In 2014, Shawn made the bold move of starting his own company, Greener Inspections. With his steadfast commitment to his craft and customers, Shawn quickly established himself as the go-to resource for Home Inspections in Nova Scotia. He is now widely renowned for his thoroughness and experience and is trusted by responsible homeowners across the province.
Sean Reid
Co-Founder
Sean's interest in business started during his Bachelor of Commerce at Saint Mary’s University. In 2005, he decided to jump headfirst into entrepreneurship and founded Ground Force Property Services. and is a passionate Nova Scotia-based entrapeneur dedicated to business growth. Sean is a proud member of Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) and Building Owners and Managers Association of Canada (BOMA Canada), and a board member of Landscape Nova Scotia. Sean takes great pride in delivering superior-quality work, providing effective communication, and offering remarkable customer service. Through his various ventures, Sean works closely with clients to ensure that every detail is selected with care and within budget, guaranteeing a premium end product every time.
Craig Gagnon
General Manager
Craig began his career in sales and operations 25 years ago, spearheading the design and installation of large-scale material handling systems across a range of industries. In search of a new challenge, Craig ventured into the FM Radio, digital advertising, and high end automobile industries representing Brands such as KB Media, Corus Entertainment, and Mercedes Benz Canada. Looking for a major change, Craig set is sights upon residential construction with the goal of one day becoming a project manager. Craig earned his way working as a concrete labourer, and then, a qualified Septic System Installer. After five years of dedication and hard work, Craig returned to his management roots as Sanitec Sewer and Septic Specialists' newest team member and General Manager.
Bob Williams
Foreman / Operator
Bob Williams is a highly experienced professional with a varied career in the trades and services. With over 30 years of experience in the field, he is an expert in search and discovery diving, construction labour and foreman, large machinery operation, and professional arborist. A "Jack of all trades", Bob i able to change on the fly to solve any issues that may arise on our job sites. He has extensive experience as a construction labourer and foreman, working on various projects ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale infrastructure projects. In addition, Bob is an experienced large machinery operator, enabling him to safely operate and maintain heavy machineries such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. He also has extensive experience in professional arborist services, including pruning, trimming, and removal of trees. He has a passion for his work and is committed to providing excellent services.
